Head Chef Denis Bourdet and the Whisky Shop's Katey & Bart undertook extensive research in the form of whisky sampling and food brainstorming to ensure that the food matches are as "out of this world" as Prohibition is itself. Out of 15 whiskies sampled, only the 5 with the most magical qualities were selected

Prohibition is an amazing experience: leave the real world for a step back in time to a 1920s fantasy. You will have one of the best dining experiences ever. The staff are attentive, the atmosphere is stunning and the food is unique: beautifully thought out and prepared with the best and often extremely difficult to source ingredients.

The whisky dinner will be held in the Library Room upstairs, a perfect panelled gourmet's paradise.
